Police say the incident involved a Ford Explorer headed eastbound in a westbound lane colliding with a semi-truck. The driver of the Ford, 25-year-old Andre Arango-Lopez was killed along with three passengers. They were identified as 19-year-old Fredy Mateo-Lopez, 19-year-old Uriel Lopez Y Lopez and 19-year-old Kenis Lopez-Martinez. The semi-truck driver involved as not injured.
