What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash involving a semi truck in Shelby County, TX on December 20th, 2018. 28-year-old Andrew Williams and 46-year-old Rodney Christian were both injured and hospitalized in the accident. Officials say the accident was caused when a vehicle driven by Williams crossed from the northbound lanes into the southbound lane of Hwy 96. The 18-wheeler Christian was driving was struck on the side. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
