Austin Police released details related to an incident at Loyola Ln and Ed Bluestein Blvd in Austin, TX on December 6th, 2019. Officials say the incident happened around 2:15 a.m. 27-year-old Ashley Gomez was behind the wheel of a vehicle that police were attempting to pull over. Her vehicle had reportedly struck a barrier at an intersection and was veering between lanes. The car sped off with two deflated tires. Police chased the vehicle and eventually struck it to stop it. Gomez was charged with evading arrest, leaving the scene of a crash and driving while intoxicated.
