Federal Aveiation Administration officials are investigating an accident that killed a crop duster pilot in Harlingen, TX on April 9th, 2019. Officials say the accident happened around 10:45 a.m. near US 77 and Orphanage Rd. A crop duster flown by 77-year-old Bernard Rowland II reportedly clipped a power line and crashed. He was killed in collision.
