Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a toddler and injured Terea McEachern on Smith Road in Jefferson County, TX on January 14th, 2019. 60-year-old Terea McEachern was seriously injured when her vehicle rear-ended a dump truck that was stopped to make a turn. Her two-year old grandson was in the vehicle with her and was fatally injured.
