What Happened

Anderson County Police released the name of the man killed in a semi-truck accident on Hwy 24 in Anderson, SC on February 18th, 2019. David Harold McDonald was killed when his vehicle reportedly may have traveled into the path of an oncoming semi-truck. The truck was carrying chickens for House of Raeford Farms and also struck another sedan. Police say the crash occurred around 4:30 p.m.
