Baytown Police released the name of the woman killed in a wrong-way crash on Hwy 146 in Baytown, TX on January 30th, 2019. 38-year-old Debra Herrera was killed when her vehicle collided head-on with another vehicle. Police say Herrera was reportedly travelling in the wrong direction on the highway when the collision occurred. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
