Police say the incident happened around 3:10 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Tundra operated by an unidentified 38-year0old Pasadena man is alleged to have failed to control its speed before colliding with a vehicle operated by 54-year-old Delia Rodriguez. Rodriguez suffered serious injuries in the collision, according to police. The Pasadena man was not injured and officers recommended a Failure to Control Speed charge.
