What Happened

Dallas Police are investigating a crash that killed a man in a wheelchair and injured others on Hickman St in Dallas, TX on January 24th, 2019. 70-year-old Dennie Brown was killed when he was struck by a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Michael Jason Brown while in a wheelchair. Brown also struck another man in a wheelchair, James Crowe. Brown was later charged with intoxication manslaughter. He was also charged with three counts of intoxication assault for a crash that injured a couple a few blocks from where Brown and Crowe were struck.
