Police say the incident happened around 2:51 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Camaro operated by 28-year-old Devon Gonzales was allegedly fleeing a traffic stop headed southbound. The vehicle is alleged to have lost control at a curve in the roadway before colliding with a concrete wall and railing. A passenger in the vehicle, age 29, was evaluated for possible injuries.
