What Happened

Local authorities are investigating a three-vehicle crash that led to a fatality at I-45 in Houston, TX on February 10th, 2023. Authorities say it happened around 6:45 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Mustang was allegedly traveling at a high rate of a speed on a northbound service road prior to losing control for unknown reasons. The vehicle hit a curb and Toyota Tacoma and Mitsubishi Eclipse before hitting a fence. The operator of the Mustang, identified as Emmanuel Palomares, suffered fatal injuries from the crash. The other two drivers were uninjured. Authorities had no additional information to disclose.
