Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 349 in Midland, TX on March 11th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 7:27 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Malibu operated by a 27-year-old male was allegedly following too closely and collided with a motorcycle operated by 58-year-old Ernest Molinar. Molinar suffered serious injuries in the crash, according to police. The other driver was not injured and officers recommended and/or issued an Intoxication Assault.
