What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at FM 2484 in Bell County, TX on July 25th, 2020. Officials say the incident happened around 9 a.m. A vehicle operated by an unidentified 25-year-old man reportedly veered from the road into a ditch and collided with a culvert. It then flipped over and caught fire. A passenger in the vehicle, Felipe Vargas, suffered a broken hand. The driver reportedly denied being the driver but witness identified him as the driver. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
