What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 725 in Guadalupe County, TX on May 5th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:25 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Accord operated by 36-year-old Raquel Leiva was headed southbound before allegedly traveling onto the north side of the road. It then collided with a Jeep Compass operated by a 25-year-old Seguin man. He and his two passengers, including an infant, had injuries believed to be serious in nature. Police say Leiva has less serious injuries. Additional information was not available.
