Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured three people at Wisconsin Rd in Hidalgo, TX on October 27th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:21 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Sentra headed eastbound on Wisconsin Rd was nearing the Tower Rd intersection. Authorities allege the vehicle ran a posted stop sign before proceeding into the intersection, ahead of an approaching Ford F-150 operated by 33-year-old Gavino Rodriguez. Rodriguez suffered suspected minor injuries when the vehicles collided, as did the operator of the Nissan. A 30-year-old passenger in the Ford was more seriously injured, police say.
