What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a passenger at US 183 in Williamson County, TX on May 14th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6:41 p.m. According to investigators, a Hyundai Palisade headed eastbound on Seward Junction Loop is said to have failed to yield at the intersection with US Hwy 183. There, the vehicle collided with a Chevrolet Silverado at the intersection, the collision leaving 80-year-old Hyundai passenger, Graham Brown, fatally injured. The driver, a 77-year-old Leander woman who was not publicly identified, was seriously injured, reports say. The other driver, who was not publicly identified, had possible, unconfirmed injuries and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Additional information was not immediately available.
