What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a motorcyclist at FM 927 in Bosque County, TX on September 2nd, 2022. Officers are saying it happened around 11:26 p.m. According to investigators, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle operated by 66-year-old Jackie Calhoun Jr was headed westbound on FM 927 approaching a slight curve in the road before losing control. The vehicle crossed a center divider before veering from the road and going into a skid. This caused the vehicle to travel into the nearby grassy area before overturning several times. Calhoun is said to have been seriously injured in the crash.
