Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at I-10 in El Paso, TX on July 26th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:09 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Dakota operated by an unidentified driver was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed behind a Mitsubishi Lancer. Officials say the Dodge struck the rear of the Mitsubishi, which was pushed into the Infiniti ahead of it. Officials say the driver of the Mitsubishi, who was not publicly identified and a passenger 22-year-old Jasmine Castruita, were seriously injured. Additional information was not available.
