What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Berry St in Fort Worth, TX on September 11th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:40 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Edge operated by a 23-year-old Fort Worth woman was headed westbound on East Berry St when it failed to control its speed and collided with the rear of a westbound Jeep operated by 32-year-old Jasmine Colbert. Colbert was seriously injured in the crash while the Fort Worth woman was reportedly unharmed. Police recommended and/or issued an Intoxicated Assault charge against the Fort Worth woman.
