What Happened

Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities charged a driver in connection with a collision that killed a person at in Houston, TX on June 19th, 2021. Police say that William Delawrence Lewis was the operator of a vehicle that collided with one occupied by Jasmine Mone Wilson. After the collision, Lewis is accused of leaving the scene without rendering aid. Wilson suffered fatal injuries while Lewis has not been charged with Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
