What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at South MoPac Expressway in Austin, TX on September 27th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:05 a.m. According to investigators, a passenger sedan is said to have collided with the rear of a construction truck under unclear circumstances. Police say the driver, identified as 26-year-old Javier Graves, was hospitalized with injuries he later died from.
