Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 317 in Henderson County, TX on March 23rd, 2023. Police are saying the incident happened around 10:30 p.m. Investigators believe a Dodge Ram 3500 operated by 20-year-old Mark Anthony Negrete was headed eastbound on FM 317, allegedly on an incorrect side of the road win a no pass zone. The vehicle is said to have collided head-on with a Chevrolet Silverado operated by 48-year-old Jeffrey Jay Willey, leaving Willey with injuries believed to be serious in nature. Negrete also had serious injuries. Additional information was not available.
