What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a collision that injured a pedestrian at Daughtry Ave in Waco, TX on November 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:55 a.m. According to investigators, a GMC Sierra operated by an unnamed 32-year-old Waco man was headed eastbound on Daughtry Ave before colliding with two parked, unoccupied vehicles on a side street. Tone of the vehicle was pushed into a male standing in his front yard and causing undisclosed injures. The male is identified as 35-year-old Jonathan Milner. The driver is said to have allegedly attempted to flee the scene but due to damage on the vehicle, was unable to flee. Officials recommended and/or issued an Intoxication Assault charge.
