Police are saying it happened around 10:22 a.m. According to investigators, a vehicle that was not identified by authorities was allegedly operated by a 59-year-old man they accuse of being under the influence. The vehicle is accused of traveling erratically before colliding with several parked, unoccupied vehicles. The vehicle is also accused of striking 59-year-old pedestrian, Joshua Duson. Duson was hospitalized as was the driver of the suspect vehicle, reports say. Reports also indicate the driver of the suspect vehicle was charged with DWI. Additional information was not available.
