What Happened

State Police have information on a single-vehicle accident that injured Joshua Litzman at FM 960 in Wharton County, TX on December 18th, 2022. Currently, officers believe it happened around 12:22 a.m. According to investigators involved a Toyota Tacoma operated by 19-year-old Joshua Litzman. Police say it was headed southbound on FM 960 when it veered from the road for unknown reasons. It struck a culvert and overturned in the impact, seriously injuring Litzman. Litzman was taken to an area hospital for treatment. No other vehicles were involved.
