What Happened

Area authorities have issued a charge for a driver in connection with a pedestrian collision at Flores St in San Antonio, TX on November 19th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:34 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota 4Runner operated by 31-year-old Julian Limon was headed southbound before colliding with a pedestrian attempting to cross the road. Following the collision, police say a witness alleged seeing the vehicle stop for a moment before leaving the scene. The pedestrian, identified as 31-year-old Juan Ramos Herrera, was killed in the collision. Police later arrested Ramos Herrera on a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter.
