Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at County Rd 159 and FM 1240 in Otto, TX on September 11th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. According to police, a pickup truck reportedly veered from the road for unknown reasons before overturning at a bridge. Two people involved were taken to an area hospital for treatment of injuries that one of them later died from. The deceased victim was identified as 19-year-old Julia Black.
