What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 180 in Parker County, TX on February 19th, 2023.  Police say it happened around 9:48 p.m. Investigators say the crash involved a Dodge Ram operated by 35-year-old Justin Kellar, a Ford Fusion operated by a 47-year-old Wichita Falls man and a Hyundai  Venue operated by a 39-year-old Wichita Falls man.  The vehicles were involved in a crash that occurred under unclear circumstances. The Wichita Falls drivers were not injured, according to police. Kellar had serious injuries. Officers allege alcohol played a factor in the crash.
