What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 34 in Greenville, TX on February 23rd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:02 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by 65-year-old Rodrigo Soto was headed southbound. A Chevrolet Equinox operated by 52-year-old Many Elaine Brazell was headed northbound on Westley St. Police allege the truck failed to maintain a single lane and veered into the northbound lane, striking the Equinox. Brazell had serious injuries in the crash, according to police. Soto is said to have been uninjured. Additional information was not immediately available.
