What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Clay Rd in Houston, TX on December 17th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:56 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Colorado operated by 55-year-old Salvador Palacios Aguilar was headed westbound on Clay Rd before allegedly running a red light. As Honda Accord operated by 65-year-old Karen Adams Blow was traveling northbound on Gessner it was struck by the Chevrolet, leaving Adams Blow with serious injuries. Aguilar suffered less serious injuries and officers recommended and/or issued a DWI charge.
