Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at US 190 in Milam County, TX on October 21st, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:50 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by 24-year-old Keon White was northwest on US 190, approaching a cow standing in the roadway. The vehicle is said to have struck the cow, causing the vehicle the lost veer into a bar ditch before colliding with a tree and overturning, catching fire in the process.
