What Happened

Local authorities have information on a crash that injured a woman at 25th St in Temple, TX on November 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:05 p.m. According to investigators, an Oldsmobile Cutlass operated by 27-year-old Ian Ellis was headed southbound on 25th St before veering from the road. The vehicle collided with a light pole upon leaving the road, leaving 46-year-old passenger, Kimberly Rowdon, with serious injuries. Ellis is believed to have been uninjured and due to suspicion of alcohol involvement in the crash, officers recommended and/or issued an Intoxication Assault charge.
