What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a collision that injured a person at Hwy 69 and FM 326 in Angelina County, TX on September 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8 a.m. According to investigators, a truck tractor hauling logs was making a right turn when one of the logs fell from the truck into the road. A northbound Jeep struck the log, which traveled through the windshield of the vehicle, causing it to rotate. A second Jeep struck the first Keep shortly after. The driver of the first Jeep, 32-year-old Kimberly Snider, was hospitalized for treatment of undisclosed injuries. The others involved were not injured. Additional information was not available.
