Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-635 and Welch Rd in Dallas, TX on March 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:17 p.m. According to investigators, a Lexus RX 350 operated by 69-year-old Laura Bernetta Wilson was headed eastbound on 635 when it took a protected u-turn onto the service road. Police allege the vehicle failed to yield and was struck by a westbound Toyota Camry, causing its 19-year-old driver minor injuries.
