Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at State Hwy 4 and Vermillion Ave in Brownsville, TX on April 19th, 2020. Officials say the incident happened around 1:51 a.m. A vehicle operated by 26-year-old Octavio Hernandez Jr reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with a light pole. A passenger in the vehicle, 33-year-old Leslie Vidal, suffered incapacitating injuries.
