Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people at Military Parkway in Dallas, TX on November 12th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5 a.m. According to investigators, a vehicle operated by 23-year-old Joel Rosales-Perez was eastbound before veering from the roadway. Authorities say the vehicle struck two individuals standing near another vehicle before also crashing into a light pole. Both individuals struck suffered fatal injuries, sources say.
