What Happened

Floyd County Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at FM 54 and Ralls Hwy, Floyd County, TX on September 1st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. According to investigators, a pickup truck operated by 24-year-old Devin Andrews was reportedly exiting FM 54 before colliding with a car at the intersection with Ralls Hwy. The driver of the car, Prajedis Joel Villareal, was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. His wife and passenger, 34-year-old Linda Villarreal, suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
