What Happened

A single-vehicle crash left two people with serious injuries at Forest Ln in Dallas, TX on December 19th, 2022. Officials say the incident happened around 6:49 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Impala operated by 26-year-old Sonia Cruz is believed to have been traveling eastbound on Forest Lane at the time. The vehicle is alleged to have traveled over a curb before crashing into a pole. The collision left a passenger, identified as 35-year-old Mack Silvertooth, with serious injuries. Cruz is believed to have also been seriously injured. Officers allege suspicion of alcohol involvement in the crash.
