Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at 14th St in Jupiter Rd in Plano, TX on August 29th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:33 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Frontier operated by a 46-year-old Plano man was involved in a rear-end collision with a Dodge Avenger. Authorities allege the Plano man may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident. The driver of the Nissan, a 24-year-old Dallas man, had suspected minor injuries. The Plano man was not injured, according to police. Sources indicate an Intoxicated Assault charge was recommended and/or issued.
