What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at 25th Ave in Edinburg, TX on February 21t, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 7:04 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by an unnamed 64-year-old Humble man was headed northbound on 25th Ave at the time, Police say the truck attempted a wide right turn but turned when unsafe to do so. It traveled in into the path of a Dodge Avenger traveling in an adjacent lane. As a result, the vehicles collided, leaving the driver of the Dodge, an unnamed 20-year-old Laredo man, seriously injured. The Humble man was not injured. Additional information was not provided.
