What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at FM 616 in Jackson County, TX on October 20th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:53 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 46-year-old Dickinson man was headed eastbound on a curve in the road before it veered into the grass. While attempting to correct back onto the road, it then spun into a westbound lane of traffic and overturned multiple times. The driver was ejected from the vehicle and suffered serious injuries.
