Police say the incident happened around 9:09 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Avalanche operated by a 20-year-old Montgomery County man was westbound before striking a rock wall under unclear circumstances. The vehicle then overturned, ejecting a passenger from the vehicle. The passenger, age 19, suffered serious injuries. The driver had less serious injuries, according to police. Reports indicate an Intoxication Assault charge was recommended and/or issued.
