What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at Southeast Dr and Loop 289 in Lubbock, TX on September 2nd, 2020. Officials say the incident happened around 9:22 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by an unidentified 69-year-old man reportedly lost control on wet roads while attempting to slow for a train crossing railroad tracks. It then veered from its lane into a cement pillar, seriously injuring the driver.
