Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at I-20 in Midland County, TX on October 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3:27 p.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle operated by a 27-year-old driver who was not publicly identified was involved in a collision with a tractor-trailer. It was alleged by authorities the motorcycle was attempting to pass the truck before the truck allegedly performed an unsafe lane change. The motorcycle is said to have veered from the road in order to avoid colliding with the truck. The vehicle overturning into a cable barrier, leaving the man with serious injuries.
