What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at I-35, Troy, TX on October 15th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. Investigators say a Lincoln MKZ was southbound before allegedly veering from its lane and colliding with the left side of a tractor-trailer in an adjacent lane. Sources say the Lincoln became partially trapped near the rear of the truck and the driver, age 21, was seriously injured. The truck operator was uninjured, police say.
