What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at Veterans Memorial Dr in Harris County, TX on March 12th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:02 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Impala operated by 28-year-old Jeremy Hitchens was headed northbound on Veterans Memorial while a Chrysler Pacifica operated by 40-year-old Manraj Singh was attempting to exit a private parking lot. Officers allege the Chrysler failed to yield while attempting to turn and collided with the Chevrolet. Both drivers were said to have been seriously injured in the collision. Officers recommended and/or issued a Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility charge and Failure to Yield Right of Way charge.
