Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a pedestrian at Yacht Club Rd in Oak Point, TX on April 29th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:42 p.m. According to investigators, a GMC Sierra headed northbound before moving into a shoulder to allow a southbound vehicle to pass. In the process, the GMC is said to have collided with a pedestrian in the shoulder. The pedestrian, identified as 36-year-old Marcus Ayers, was seriously injured.
