Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at Tradewinds Blvd in Midland, TX on September 4th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:12 p.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle operated by a 25-year-old Michael Kirby was headed southbound on Tradewinds Blvd prior to losing control at a curve in the road.
