Authorities say it happened around 3:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Mazda 5 operated by 54-year-old Monique Fisher was headed westbound on County Rd 4052 before veering into an east ditch. While attempting to return to the road, the vehicle went into a roll, landing on the eastbound side of the road before catching fire.
