San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that killed a bicyclist on I-10 near Milsa Dr in San Antonio, TX on February 4th, 2019. 58-year-old Naji Tanios Kayruz was fatally struck by a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Melissa Nicole Peoples. Peoples was charged with intoxication manslaughter and failure to stop and render aid.
